9. I\'m so bogged down on this.

我被這件事搞得焦頭爛額.

老美常常會(huì)說(shuō) be bogged down on something, 原指的陷在不可自拔 (bog 原意指泥淖、沼澤, 當(dāng)動(dòng)詞用指陷入泥淖中) 但我喜歡把片語(yǔ)翻成被某件事搞得焦頭爛額. 例如每次期中考試要來(lái)的時(shí)候, 班上就會(huì)聽(tīng)到有人說(shuō), \"I\'m really bogged down with school.\" (我被學(xué)校的事情搞得焦頭爛額了). 在 \"Bring it on\" 這部電影當(dāng)中, 女主角啦啦隊(duì)的事情被搞得是焦頭爛額, 她這么說(shuō)的喔, \"I\'m so bogged down on this.\"

10. I\'m jinxed.

我被咀咒了.

以前我都覺(jué)得中國(guó)人很迷信, 但后來(lái)來(lái)到美國(guó)之后這段我發(fā)覺(jué)老美其實(shí)也不比差, 或許這人類的本能吧! 例如部電影中女主角一直覺(jué)得她被咀咒了, 她就一直重覆地說(shuō), \"I\'m jinxed.\" \"I\'m cursed.\" 原因無(wú)它, 只她在 cheerleading camp (啦啦隊(duì)夏令營(yíng)) 時(shí)把一件象徵性的物品給掉在地上, 而傳說(shuō)中你只要不小心把它掉在地上, 它就會(huì)為你帶來(lái)壞運(yùn).

再比如如果講蘇州，景色可以說(shuō)gardens，well preserved ancient building, 就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)可以講講蘇州工業(yè)園，SIP，provides a lot of job and internship opportunities for graduates…
